Will never return to Norfolk which has shortsighted management with no flexibility!

Very poor customer service and flexibility. Had to change dates but hotel insisted on cancellation and rebooking so they could forfeit my deposit, even though the date change was for a more expensive room. So I canceled it all and lost my deposit but they lost a formerly loyal customer! Their loss - I’m now an Ibis Saigon Airport hotel customer!! And happier with the change as Norfolk is a dated hotel with poor management.

I have stayed at Norfolk several times in the past 5+ years...

I have stayed at Norfolk several times in the past 5+ years and no surprises: the staff are professional, upkeep and service as well, great location.

Generally, the hotel needs a bit of a refurbishing, e.g. carpets, the gym facilities are quite old (one of the treadmills barely functioning) etc.

Excellent service and location

The staff was really friendly, spoke good English, and very professional. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Safe and central.

The room smelled like smoke. It did not help with carpet. The lighting in the room was a bit yellow. Old bathroom and furnitures. All in all, felt like the room needed renovation. We had a massage, which was nice, but the spa room and area was so small.

Fantastic in every way. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff. We had a great stay. The hotel is right in the heart of a very vibrant area, full of surprises, with everything we could ask for. We will definitely be back at this wonderful hotel again.

Quite good hotel for two nights

The staff of the hotel is amazing! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is perfect to explore the city center by a walk.

As this is a city center, there are some constructions going around. So we had to change for another room, and a new one was fine.

Exquisite room with balcony. I'd say 5 star. Loved the breakfast room too. Concierge very helpful and professional. Definitely stay again .

Front desk didn't understand UK debit card; rather than credit card. Pushy / annoying trainee member of staff, front desk area.

Excellent central location. The suites are great value and give you a lot of space for your money, with a balcony. Fresh fruit changed daily and beautiful flowers in the room - lovley touches. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful

Với giá tiền và hạng 4sao thì không tương xứng với ăn sáng nghèo nàn, trang thiết bị cũ, bể bơi và bãi đỗ xe không có, làm sao đủ tiêu chuẩn 4 sao được.. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây..Và cũng dần mất đi niềm tin vào Booking.com

Tôi không thích nhân viên bell hay bảo vệ gì đó khi tôi nhờ gọi taxi nhưng rất lâu taxi không có vì khách sạn gọi taxi hãng nào đó không có tên và phù hiệu ...sau đó lâu quá tôi tự gọi và có taxi đến ngay..hôm đó tôi chậm họp mất 10p ..
